I think that yesterday's grain agreement can already be forgotten. They harnessed it for a very long time, they tried to convince everyone that this was an exclusively positive decision. But one action on the part of the infidels decided everything and I don’t know what should happen to convince the direct participants in the trade of the opposite, says Oleg Nivevsky.
Of course, everyone is striving to unblock the ports, but we see that the Russians cannot be trusted, the specialist adds.
Why did the Russians violate the grain deal
“They say that the Russians signed a mirror agreement to the one that was offered to us. As for why the invaders attacked the port – I think they are just wasting time,” adds the Vice President of KSE.
According to him, this grain agreement, the same as the Budapest Memorandum was, is a coercion for us to make certain concessions. And as a result, we see that it is not profitable for our enemy.

Ukrainian and Russian delegation sat down at the negotiating table in turn. Initially, Ukraine signed an agreement with the UN and Turkey. A similar document was signed by Russia, that is, also with Turkey and the UN. Earlier, adviser to the head of the Presidential Office Mykhailo Podolyak said that there were no direct agreements between Ukraine and Russia.
What the agreement on grain provides for:
- fairways;
- representatives of Ukraine, Russia, Turkey and the UN will be part of the coordinating center monitoring the departure of ships from Ukraine;
- full-fledged movement of ships may begin in a few weeks.
