Olympic champion Alexei Yagudin commented on the statement of the American journalist David Lees about the Russian figure skaters. His words are quoted by RBC.
The athlete called Fox an idiot and advised him to take the appropriate drugs. “You'd better deal with your teams, what is going on with you, and we ourselves will deal with our medications and applications, thank you for your concern,” Yagudin said.
On December 27, Lis said that figure skaters Alexandra Trusova and Anna Shcherbakova could take certain medications during the Russian championship. In his opinion, they allowed the athletes to look much stronger and more energetic in the free program than in the short one.
