The Chinese company Xiaomi has officially unveiled a new external battery with support for two-way fast charging Mi HyperSonic Power Bank. Powerbank with a capacity of 20,000 mAh delivers 50 W when charging smartphones and up to 45 W for laptops (Power Delivery 3.0 technology).
The novelty received one USB Type-C port, through which the device itself is charged, and two USB Type-A ports. The external battery is charged at 45W, so it only takes 3 hours and 50 minutes to recharge from 0 to 100%. The dimensions of the device are 153.5 x 73.5 x 27.5 mm.
There are 16 protection levels, including overload, short circuit, overheat, overcharge and overdischarge protection. At the moment, Xiaomi Mi HyperSonic Power Bank is at the stage of crowdfunding, within which an external battery can be purchased at a price of $ 47. Direct sales start on September 15th.
Meanwhile, it became known that the quality of mobile communications in Russia may deteriorate.
