As a result of a kind of chaos, the Chinese Xiaomi emerged as the clear winner. The company has managed to climb to second place in the ranking of the world's leading smartphone manufacturers, according to SlashGear.
Considering that in the United States, the phones of the IT giant are still not available, the fresh achievement is really impressive.
According to Canalys, Xiaomi's shipments have grown by as much as 83% over the past year. The manufacturer now owns about 17% of the total market share.
Note that the company is expected to announce the latest breakthrough devices in the near future. That only is the Mi Pad 5 line, which should receive the largest update since its appearance on the market.
