Russian propagandists on the occasion of the new political post of the ex-head of Roscosmos published a video in which he quotes Taras Bulba’s monologue against a blue-yellow background.
On Saturday, September 23, the former head of Roscosmos Dmitry Rogozin, who at the end of 2022 was wounded in buttock during his birthday celebration in occupied Donetsk, received a new political position. He became a senator of the Federation Council – the upper house of the Russian parliament – from the occupied part of the Zaporozhye region.
In this regard, Russian propagandists publish a monologue by Taras Bulba from the story of the same name by Nikolai Gogol, performed by the odious Russian politician.
< p>In the excerpt, which, although slightly stuttering, is pathetically read by the ex-head of Roscosmos, he, through the mouth of Taras Bulba, complains about the “Busurmans”, because of whom “everything was lost”, and about the “countrymen” who adopt the “Busurmans” customs.”
By the way, in a commentary to Russian propagandists, Dmitry Rogozin for some reason calls the hero of Gogol's story the ataman of the “Zaporozhye Russian Cossacks.”
The only thing that doesn't hurt the eyes in this video is the blue -yellow colors of the field and sky, against which he quotes a classic work.
Remembering the wounding of Dmitry Rogozin by a shrapnel in the buttock during the celebration of his birthday in Donetsk, it would be more appropriate to quote another phrase of Taras Bulba from this work : “Turn around, son, how funny you are.”
Recall that before Dmitry Rogozin’s dismissal from the post of head of Roskomos, there were rumors that Putin would appoint him “Gauleiter” in the occupied territories of Ukraine.
