Fairphone introduced the fourth generation of the eponymous smartphone. Fairphone 4 5G is positioned as the world's most environmentally friendly 5G smartphone. The novelty has received a 6.3-inch IPS-display with a resolution of Full HD + 2400 x 1080 pixels with a protective glass Corning Gorilla Glass.
The device is based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G processor. There are 6 or 8 GB of RAM and 128 or 256 GB of permanent memory. The main camera received a dual design with sensors of the same resolution of 48 megapixels with dual LED flash, optical stabilization and autofocus. The front camera has a powerful 25MP sensor.
The main “feature” of the novelty is a record-breaking five-year warranty by the standards of the class and a modular design that allows, if necessary, to independently change most of the components of the smartphone without any special tools and special skills. The manufacturer also promised to recycle the same amount of e-waste for every Fairphone 4 5G sold.
Meanwhile, Motorola has unveiled the Moto Tab G20 tablet.
