Woman Spent 10 Years and $20,000 Preparing Her Family for World War III

The woman's main goal is to collect supplies for five years of survival.

A mother of three from the USA spent ten years and about $ 20 thousand on medical equipment, electricity and food for her family in case of an emergency, such as World War III or another pandemic

Mirror writes about this.

In connection with the pandemic, international conflicts and “unrest in the US,” the woman says she is doing everything possible to prepare.

The woman has created a stockpile of medical supplies, electrical goods, medicines, and food that will last her family a whole year.

Explaining her plan during a recent YouTube appearance, Crystal said, “I prepare for everything: the grid going down and the power going out, a pandemic, civil war, riots, World War III. We always prepare for the worst case scenario and always hope for the best.”

She and her husband, Derek, have 12-year-old and 11-year-old daughters and a 7-year-old son.

Crystal says her grandfather taught her how to grow food, and her grandmother taught her how to preserve and can. She now teaches her children how to prepare, and shares tips on various aspects of preparation on social media. Crystal has amassed over 2.5 million likes on her TikTok page, where she is known as the “Doomsday Queen.”

The woman's main goal is to stock up on food for five years of survival, and then go completely autonomous. She collects vegetables grown in her garden and preserves them in jars. Crystal explained that she separates her regular pantry from her emergency supplies, and if she ever uses something from her doomsday kit, she quickly replaces it with a new one.

“Civil unrest is one of the many reasons we prepare. Here in the U.S., we're seeing riots and protests increasing every day, and that's not something we want to subject our family to. My husband always thought that was a little over the top,” Crystal said.

“My perspective has changed because of the pandemic — seeing the chaos. It's a skill we have to pass on to our kids, coworkers, friends, and the like,” her husband Derek said.

Many people are in awe of Crystal's preparation. On YouTube, one person said, “It's called growing up. We all need to do a little of it.”
