by alex

Yesterday Microsoft announced the official release date for the brand new Windows 11. Then the company revealed one unpleasant feature that will become part of the release version of the system.

Already on October 5, 2021, everyone will be able to download and install the “next generation operating system” on their computers. But, unfortunately, at the very start, the company will not be able to implement the previously promised function.

According to The Verge, the release version of Windows 11 will be deprived of the function of launching Android applications. Yes, Microsoft has officially announced that it won't be able to download Android apps from the Microsoft Store at first.

At the same time, the company has not canceled plans for the emergence of this function in the future. Moreover, members of the Windows Insider program will have access to it “in the coming months.” And from this we can conclude that the stable version of Windows 11 will learn to run Android applications in early 2022.
