Windows 11 game mode tested in real games

by alex

YouTube channel Benchmark published tests of eight games running on the new Windows 11 operating system. Games worked with game mode on and off.

The test system was equipped with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3090 24GB graphics card, an Intel Core i7-10700K processor, 32 GB of RAM, a Samsung 970 EVO Plus SSD 1TB, and an MSI MAG Z490 TOMAHAWK motherboard. Games were tested at 1080p with low graphics settings. These were Red Dead Redemption 2, Far Cry New Dawn, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Watch Dogs Legion, Assassin's Creed Valhalla, Horizon Zero Dawn, Cyberpunk 2077, and Hitman 3.

Tests have shown that in the game mode of Windows 11 there is still an increase in FPS, albeit very small.
