~6 0~p>In order to limit a citizen’s rights, he must first be presented with justified charges.
We are talking about the deportation of Ukrainians from European countries It’s not working yet, because democratic states do not accept such strict mechanisms.
This was stated by the authorized director of the European Solidarity Center for Polish-Ukrainian Solidarity Lev Zakharchyshyn on the air of “Kyiv 24”.
“I think that it is unlikely that any democratic country will agree to any strict deportation mechanisms. Because they all think (maybe not everyone talks about it, but it looks like it) this is a violation of human rights Because in order to limit a citizen’s rights, he must first be brought substantiated charges…”, explained Lev Zakharchishin.
According to him, actions cannot be applied indiscriminately to everyone.
“For example, if an adult man is abroad for some objective reason or he is the father of three children, and so on, you cannot so indiscriminately deny access to consular services to everyone… If we are talking about Europe, because we are not talking about authoritarian countries… probably there are not so many Ukrainians there now, but democratic countries will be very careful about cooperation with Ukraine in implementing these provisions,” he explained.
Recall that Poland has already expressed its readiness to help Ukraine return its male citizens to their homeland.
