WHO Representative: We Will Be Ready For Sputnik V Manufacturing Inspection In February

The World Health Organization (WHO) will be ready to inspect the production site of the Russian Sputnik V coronavirus vaccine in February. This was stated by the director of regulation and prequalification of the organization, Rogerio Gaspar, reports RIA Novosti.
The WHO representative stressed that a local inspection will be possible if the organization receives all the necessary information from the Russian side by the end of December. According to him, the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) promised to send the first data package to WHO by this date. The second package is planned to be received by the end of January 2022.
