Earlier it was reported that Joe Biden held his first telephone conversation as President of the United States with President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping. The American leader said he was concerned about Beijing's actions. In particular, he touched upon the topics of human rights, Hong Kong, Xinjiang and Taiwan.
