In the Kherson region, a foreigner who raped the 12-year-old daughter of his cohabitant will appear before the court. The 30-year-old pedophile filmed the whole process.
As specified by local media, the incident occurred in October last year in one of the villages of the Belozersky district. That day, the man waited until his partner left the house and entered her daughter's room.
The girl resisted and called for help, but her stepfather threw her on the bed, undressed her by force and raped her. After that, he managed to take photographs of a naked child.
After the incident, the girl decided to talk to her mother. The 38-year-old woman did not believe her daughter's words and did not even go with her to the gynecologist.
The next day, the elder sister of the victim, who lived separately, turned to the police, but decided to defend the girl.
What investigators say
Criminal proceedings are open under Part 4 of Art. 152 and part 4 of Art. 301-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. We are talking about the rape of a minor child and forcing him to participate in the creation of child pornography.
It is preliminary known that a 30-year-old man was detained before he could distribute intimate photos on the Internet. What nationality was detained, the prosecutor's office did not say.
The pre-trial investigation of the case has been completed, and the indictment has already been sent to court. If the court proves the guilt of a pedophile, he faces 10 to 15 years.
