This advice can help you avoid getting sick.
An expert named seats on the plane that are best avoided in winter. We're talking about aisle seats.
Express writes about this.
What's the matter
Passengers often choose aisle seats for their easy toilet access and legroom. However, this may not be the best option for winter.
“Studies show that aisle seaters are at higher risk of contracting germs because you'll come into contact with significantly more people during a flight,” said Yasmin Pekel, Blue Cruise travel expert,< /p>
That is why, to avoid infection, it is better to choose a seat by the window.
Winter is generally the worst season for illness as people spend more time indoors where viruses spread easily. Cruise ships, experts warn, can be real nurseries for microbes, as many passengers gather in one room. Flight attendants often do not have enough time to properly disinfect cabins.
At the same time, the expert adds that the air on an airplane is usually circulated through medical-grade filters designed to contain and remove bacteria. This means that germs are unlikely to be directly transmitted.
