Facebook representatives announced the launch of testing of the long-awaited feature in the WhatsApp messenger. It's about the ability to use the program on several gadgets at the same time.
The innovation is available in the beta version of WhatsApp for iOS and Android. It is reported that the feature allows users to log into their account on four devices at the same time. At the same time, only one phone can be connected to the account. In addition, if the phone is not used for more than two weeks, the gadgets associated with it will be disabled.
To use the new functionality, you need to go to the “Other options” / “Settings” menu, click on “Associated devices” and select the “Beta version for multiple devices” item. Note that this option only appeared in the most recent beta version of WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business for Android and iOS. Moreover, it works only in a limited number of countries.
