WhatsApp group calls have become more like Zoom. You can now join them in the process. Previously, you had to wait in advance for the start of the call so as not to miss it.
According to Engadget, a WhatsApp user will be able to come and go from a call at will, if he was invited at the beginning. Also, information appeared on the screen, which shows who is participating in the call and invited to it. The user can safely click on the “ignore” button to call – he can still return to it later.
It also became known today that former WhatsApp developers have created their own HalloApp application for communication without any ads and with support for end-to-end encryption.
