In Poland, the average salary in working specialties, mainly occupied Ukrainians reaches 3,500-4,000 zlotys per month (28-32 thousand UAH).

Since the beginning of a full-scale war in Poland, 14.6% of those living in the territory of neighboring the countries of Ukrainians moved their families to their place. At the same time, almost 75% of employed Ukrainians in Poland send part of their funds to Ukraine.

This is reported in the analytical center of the international employment agency Gremi Personal.

“In Poland, employed Ukrainians were interviewed – 74.5% send funds to their relatives in Ukraine, of which 35.4% of respondents send more than half to their homeland earnings, and 39.1% – less than half. They do not send at all – only 10.9%. However, 14.6% of respondents moved their families to their place in Poland, and therefore the need for money transfers disappeared, “the study says.< /p>

According to the survey, the income of Ukrainians fell by more than a third through the exchange rate. At the same time, the inability of men to go abroad to earn money encourages women to go to work in the EU countries themselves.

It is noted that a lot of women have been employed in Europe this year, significantly compensating money transfers to Ukraine, which were carried out by men. Therefore, there will be no collapse of foreign exchange transfers to Ukraine. On the contrary, wages are expected to rise in Poland.

“We predict a rise in wages in Poland in the fall and we are convinced that this will certainly become an impetus for the transfer of even more funds to support their relatives and the Ukrainian economy as a whole,” says Anna Dzhobolda, director of the recruitment department of the international employment agency Gremi Personal.

The survey involved 1,550 Ukrainians legally working in Poland since the start of the full-scale war.

As reported, more than a third of Ukrainians changed their profession during time of full-scale war.
