The offender must pay the fine no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the resolution.
If the offender does not pay the fine on time, he will be forced to pay a double fine or even have his bank accounts seized and property.
Lawyer Serhiy Dubok reported this to Suspilne Zhitomir.
He noted that cases of violation of the law by conscripts, military personnel, and reservists are considered in the TCC and SP around the clock.
“In this case, the violator must pay the fine no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the resolution, except for cases provided for in Articles 300-1, 300-2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Ukraine, and in the event of an appeal against such a resolution – no later than 15 days from the date of notification of leaving the complaint without satisfaction,” the lawyer emphasized.
According to him, if the violator does not pay the fine, the resolution is sent to place of residence, work or for the location of his property.
“In the order of compulsory execution of the decision on the collection of a fine, the offender will face double the amount. At the same time, the actions of state enforcement officers regarding the compulsory execution of the decisions of the TCC are regulated by the Law of Ukraine “On Enforcement Proceedings”, which provides, in particular, for the seizure of bank accounts and property of offenders,” Dubok added.
Let us recall how conscripts who have not updated their data and have not registered will be punished.
