Gabriel Attal assured that France will continue to support Ukraine in the war against Russia.
If Russia wins war, the cost for the French will be exorbitant, and therefore Ukraine should be supported in the future.
French Prime Minister Gabriel Attal stated this in an interview with BFMTV in honor of his 100-day tenure in office.
Attal assured that France will continue to support Ukraine in the war against Russia.
“If we support them (the Ukrainians – ed.), they will continue to hold out,” the head of the French government emphasized.
Attal noted that war has its price, but “Russia's victory over Ukraine will have an exorbitant cost for the French,” citing food inflation and immigration as potential consequences that could be felt by French citizens.
Recall that the French state-owned company Eurenco, which produces explosives and ammunition, is significantly increasing its production capacity. The company promises that 80% of its products will go to for the needs of Ukraine, and the rest for the French army.
