The Foreign Ministers of Germany, France, Great Britain and the United States discussed the situation near the borders of Ukraine and the formats of dialogue with Russia. This was reported by the press service of the FRG Foreign Ministry on Twitter.

In addition, the ministers discussed solidarity with Lithuania in the light of the actions of China, Iran, as well as the Joint Comprehensive Action Plan (JCPOA).

Earlier, the leaders of Western countries – Britain, the United States, France, Germany and Italy – called on Russia to de-escalate tensions on the border with Ukraine. They also called for the resumption of negotiations between Moscow and Kiev in the “Normandy format”.
