Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas stressed that Estonia's support for Ukraine is adamant.

In Estonia, the buildings of the government and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs were illuminated with blue and yellow colors on the occasion of Unity Day in Ukraine, which is now celebrated on February 16.

This was reported by the Estonian edition of ERR and the Estonian Ambassador to Ukraine.

“Today (yesterday, February 16 – ed.) celebration of the Day of Unity of Ukraine around the world shows that Estonia and its allies strongly support Ukraine. The tense period and the threat that continues to grow on the borders of Ukraine is a tiring and difficult time for all of Ukraine and of its people. At a time like this, Ukraine needs comprehensive political, economic and defense support, as well as news from around the world that they are not alone in this crisis,” said Foreign Minister Eva-Maria Liimets.

Estonian Prime Minister Kaya Kallas, in turn, noted that Estonia's support for Ukraine is adamant.

“Our message is tough – we will not leave you alone,” Kallas said.

Recall that on the evening of Wednesday, February 16, when Ukraine was celebrating Unity Day against the background of the threat of a Russian invasion, the British Foreign Office also demonstrated a gesture of solidarity with our state and lit up the office building of the British Foreign Office with the colors of the national flag of Ukraine.
