Hungary is a bad partner for Ukraine.
However, Ukrainians are grateful to this country only for the fact that it accepts our refugees.
On June 7, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleksiy Danilov said this on the air of the telethon.
” About Hungary, I will not go back on my words ( that Hungary knew about Russia's attack on Ukraine – ed.). And all the events confirm only that Hungary is such a partner. But then We should be grateful to them for accepting our people, because we are unlikely to get any other help from Hungary. Today I met with the Deputy Speaker of the Estonian Parliament. We talked for a long time about the future of Europe. There are different opinions on this matter. Our friends are countries s Baltics, Poland, Czech Republic, Great Britain and other countries. And there are countries that are watching our problems,” Danilov said.
Recall that in May Danilov said that Russia had warned Hungary about the war in Ukraine.
