They show that a fire has started in Ryazan, probably at the local oil refinery of the Ryazan Oil Refinery Company. The Novo-Ryazan Thermal Power Plant was also attacked nearby. Eyewitness footage shows two fires not far from each other.
In early January, a Moscow court ordered Yandex to hide maps and photographs of this enterprise due to the threat of attacks by Ukrainian drones. The Ryazan Oil Refinery Company (RNPK) plant is part of Rosneft.
The head of the Ryazan region Pavel Malkov confirmed the fact of an air attack on the city, but did not specify whether the oil refinery was the target of the attack and what the current situation is there.
