In the Poltava region, a girl who was considered missing returned home and reported about illegal imprisonment and rape.
The girl's disappearance in 2001 was reported on November 14 by her father. However, on November 17, the police learned that the citizen was returning home. She told law enforcement officers that she was illegally detained and raped.
The police managed to establish the identity of the attackers. They turned out to be two men & # 8212; a Poltava resident born in 2000 and his partner born in 1992, who is a resident of the Dnipropetrovsk region.
Already on Monday, November 22, the investigators informed them of suspicion under two articles: Part 2 of Art. 146 (illegal imprisonment or kidnapping) and part 1 of Art. 152 (rape) of the Criminal Code. Each of the articles provides for up to five years in prison.
Currently, the issue of choosing a preventive measure is being decided.
