“The soldiers' cemetery of the Home Army in Surkonty is being destroyed by the services of the Minsk regime. Those who believe that the human memory of heroes can be eradicated are very mistaken. The regime will pay for these acts of barbarism,” Yasina wrote.

The Polish diplomat also added a link to the publication Znadniemna, which published photographs of the graves.

In addition, silt Russian journalist Tadeusz Gitsan specified that the demolition is being carried out with the use of heavy equipment.

“Residents of the village of Surkonty say that the police and heavy equipment arrived and began to demolish the graves of soldiers of the Home Army. If this is confirmed, it will be the largest Polish military cemetery destroyed by Belarus so far,” Gytsan wrote on Twitter.
