Wanted to enlarge: a wealthy banker sued a doctor for reducing his penis

According to him, the doctor promised him an additional 3 cm.

A man from Turkey sued the doctor he paid for a penis enlargement procedure after his organ allegedly shrunk by one centimeter following a botched operation.

Oddity Central writes about this.

Ilter Türkmen, a wealthy banker from Tekirdağ, demands 500,000 liras ($16,500) in compensation from Dr. Haluk Soylemez, the man who was supposed to help him enlarge his penis but ended up shrinking it. Turkman claims that the doctor promised him an additional 3 cm in length and girth, but after two unsuccessful procedures, his organ became one centimeter smaller than at first. The banker's lawyers told the judge he endured terrible pain that left him unable to walk normally for a month and left his penis shortened and badly damaged.

According to documents presented by lawyers, he underwent his first penis enlargement procedure at Dr. Soylemez's clinic in January 2022. While recovering, the banker began to bleed, and he told the doctor about it. After examining the patient, Soylemez prescribed him a second operation. However, after it Turkmen felt even worse. He suffered from pain that made it difficult for him to walk normally. Even after the pain subsided, his penis remained permanently scarred and became shorter than before.

Türkman dreamed of adding 3 cm to his 12 cm penis, but now he laments that as a result of Haluk Soylemez’s procedures he was left with an 11 cm organ.

For his part, the doctor denies this claim, insisting that the banker’s penis was initially 11 cm long. He admits that, due to the anatomical structure of the patient, it was not possible to enlarge the penis, but insists that he did not nothing bad.

“There is no mistake in the procedure I performed,” Soylemez told the court, adding that he never made any commitment to the length or girth of the patient's penis after the procedure and accused him of receiving unfair financial compensation .

The strange lawsuit is still ongoing, and neither side has responded to local press requests for comment.

Recall that this is the second viral medical case in Turkey in a month after the incident with a man whose front teeth were removed by a cleaner of a dental clinic who pretended to be a dentist .
