Renowned footballer and Wales coach Ryan Giggs has been charged with assaulting two women.
He is suspected of inflicting bodily harm on a woman aged 30-40 years, as well as assaulting another woman aged 20-30 years.
He was also charged with intimidation and attempts to control human behavior between December 2017 and November 2020.
Giggs has been released on bail pending a court hearing in Manchester on April 28.
Ryan Giggs is one of the most famous players in the history of British football, he played for Manchester United and has coached the Wales national team since 2018.
