Informants of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) Julia and Vitaly Stepanov have filed a lawsuit against Russia with the United Nations (UN). Sports Integrity Initiative reported.
The Stepanovs stated that there was a state doping program in Russia that violated an article of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. The lawsuit alleges that Yulia Stepanova had no choice but to participate in a medical experiment, which was a doping program.
