Wacker Innsbruck delivered a gala performance in the twelfth round of the 2nd division, the Juniors OÖ shot 5-1 off the pitch.
Leader of the table Austria Lustenau had to accept the second defeat of the season, losing against Blau Weiß Linz with 0: 1. The FAC celebrated a clear 3-0 home win against Horn, Lafnitz won 3-1 in Steyr and Amstetten beat the Young Violets of Vienna Austria 2-0.
At Tivol in Innsbruck, the Tyroleans hadn't let anything burn at home debut of coach Masaki Morass, clinched their second victory under the Japanese coach. Ronivaldo with a brace (24th, 45 + 2nd), Atushi Zaizen (26th) and Marco Holz (28th) had made everything clear before the break, Rami Tekir in the 83rd from the penalty spot for the 5: 1- Final score taken care of. Keito Nakamura scored the consolation goal for Juniors in the 53rd minute.
After the second win in a row, the Tyroleans moved up to fifth place in the table, while the Juniors OÖ are 14th on a relegation rank.
The winning streak of league leaders Austria Lustenau is broken after seven successes in a row. The Vorarlberg team had to admit defeat to Blau Weiß Linz 0: 1. Matthias Seidl scored the winning goal for Upper Austria in the 79th minute. Lustenau still remains at the top of the table, Blau Weiß is the first Austria hunter.
The FAC celebrated their second home win in a row with a 3-0 win against Horn. Joao Oliveira (10th), Flavio (46th) and Anthony Schmid with a penalty (58th) netted for the Floridsdorfers before Slobodan Mihajlovic saw red (80th). The Floridsdorfers are in seventh place, Horn is ninth.
Lafnitz consolidated fourth place in the table with a 3-1 victory at the bottom of the table, Vorwärts Steyr. Mario Kröpfl (14./Elfer, 42.) and Thorsten Schriebl (60.) turned the early leadership of the Upper Austrians by Michael Martin (8th).
The Young Violets of Vienna Austria suffered their fourth defeat in a row in Amstetten, losing 2-0. Philipp Schellnegger (64th) and ex- “Veilchen” Stefan Ferienag (76th) scored for the Lower Austrians, who are sixth after their third win in a row, while the Violets are twelfth.
