In Krivoy Rog, in the Dnipropetrovsk region, a web model was convicted for filming pornographic content for four years.
Investigators, as part of the pre-trial investigation, conducted & # 8220; control over the commission of the crime & # 8221; by purchasing a pornographic video from a woman under the nickname Powergirl22.
After the expert's conclusion, the woman was summoned for interrogation, in which she completely admitted her guilt. All material evidence (flash drive and two webcams) were seized.
– The suspect explained her actions as an attempt to make a profit, sincerely repented, asked not to punish her severely, – the court verdict says.
It is noted that a woman is raising a young son alone and lives without a husband.
On December 8, she was found guilty under Art. 301 part 2 (Production and sale of pornographic objects) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
According to the court decision, a woman is obliged to pay a fine of 850 hryvnia, as well as over 1.6 thousand hryvnias for hiring an expert to conduct a forensic art examination .
