The Parliament does not have an unambiguous opinion on the draft law on the abolition of the EIT this year. Minister of Education and Science Serhiy said this on the air of the informational telethon Scarlett.

According to him, the Ministry of Education and Science, together with the head of the relevant committee of the Verkhovna Rada, developed proposals and prepared draft law 7132. It has not yet been put to a vote in the session hall due to discussions due to “long discussions on this matter”.

I want to say right away that the proposals outlined in this bill, were that this is not the abolition of EIT at all. This is a one-time promotion that was proposed for entry precisely in 2022. Now it’s up to the deputies to speak,” the minister emphasized.
