In Ukraine, the test of the Chinese vaccine against coronavirus CoronaVac has been completed and vaccination of the population begins on April 13. This was reported by the head of the Ukrainian Ministry of Health Maxim Stepanov.
“The Ministry of Health has completed all laboratory control processes for Sinovac's CoronaVac vaccine. From today we are starting the process of vaccination with this drug, ”the 112 Ukraine TV channel quotes him as saying.
Stepanov said that 215 thousand doses of the Chinese manufacturer's vaccine have been supplied to Ukraine to date.
Earlier, the Ukrainian Ministry of Health reported that in total, more than 378 thousand people received the first vaccination against COVID-19 in Ukraine.
