Alexander Usik
Ukrainian boxer Alexander Usik on Instagram supported the Russian mixed style fighter (MMA) Khabib Nurmagomedov, who criticized French President Emmanuel Macron.
The athlete liked the post of the Russian on the social network. In the publication, Nurmagomedov severely criticized the statements of the French leader.
Earlier on October 30, Nurmagomedov appealed to Muslims, calling Macron a creature. He considered that under the slogan of freedom of speech, the politician offends the feelings of more than one and a half billion Muslim believers, and attached a photo of Macron with a shoe print superimposed on him.
Several armed attacks had taken place in France a day earlier. The attacks followed Macron's speech, in which he denounced the crisis in Islam and criticized the quality of the integration of visiting Muslims into French society. The reason for the president's speech was the assassination of school teacher Samuel Pati. His head was cut off because he showed his disciples cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad.
Nurmagomedov is the UFC lightweight champion. On October 24, he defeated American Justin Gage and announced his retirement from the sport. Usyk is a former undisputed world champion in the first heavyweight division. At the moment, the Ukrainian boxer is performing in the heavyweight division.
