Former lawyer of Ukrainian boxer Alexander Usik Nikolai Kovalchuk spoke about the problems with the Russian side before the fight between his client and Murat Gassiev. His words are quoted by Tribuna.ua

Kovalchuk said that the process of preparing for the fight with Gassiev was especially difficult for him, in particular because of the fight in Moscow. “There were a lot of problems and default with the Russians. Moreover, all these moments have arisen on the eve of the fight, ”the lawyer said, adding that it was important for him not to distract the client from training.
