Users complained about a malfunction of the VTB Online service
Clients of VTB Bank reported problems in the operation of the VTB Online application, reports the specialized portal Downdetector.
It is noted that users report difficulties with logging into the system – these turned out to be 70%, 25% complained about the poor performance of all services, 5% reported problems with intrabank transfers. According to the service, residents of Moscow, St. Petersburg, as well as Ufa and other cities have encountered difficulties.
“Now there may be various errors in VTB Online. We are already working on an early fix, ”the bank said on its Twitter page.
As a reminder, last week Russian users complained about a malfunction of Yandex applications.
