It is noted that the problems began at 16:42 Moscow time and peaked at 17:42 Moscow time. 74% of users reported having problems trying to sign in to the app. Another 20% of complaints are related to failures when loading information. 4% reported a problem with their website.
On Twitter, some users report that they are unable to post Stories to Instagram.
Problems with the service are observed in the USA, Spain, Great Britain, France and a number of other countries.
