US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said the US will strengthen aid to Ukraine. RIA Novosti writes about it.
“We firmly support Ukraine, we intend to strengthen this support – whether we are talking about its security, economy, our own efforts to strengthen its democracy,” he said during a hearing in Congress.
Earlier, Pentagon spokesman John Kirby said that the administration of US President Joe Biden will allocate another $ 125 million to Ukraine as part of a new military aid package. The assistance provided includes “training, equipping and briefing efforts to help Ukraine's forces maintain the country's territorial integrity, secure its borders, and improve interoperability with NATO,” he said.
