Advisor to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Oleksiy Arestovich claims that the United States allegedly shifted the sanctions against Nord Stream-2 and plans to disconnect the Russian Federation from the global payment SWIFT system to another basket.
– Personal sanctions, remember 35 list, SWIFT shutdown and Nord Stream sanctions. This is what was canceled in the US Department of Defense's draft budget. It was simply not canceled, but it was shifted to another basket, Arestovich said.
He explained that this so-called basket will work if Russia arranges a full-scale attack on Ukraine.
