This was stated by the US Special Representative for Ukraine and Russia Keith Kellogg.
“And, you know, the person who will present the peace plan is the US President, not Keith Kellogg. We are going to bring this to him, help him, bring it to the point where he will present it. But next week, that will not happen at all,” the representative stated.
He added that “excellent discussions with senior leaders in the European environment” are planned. The data received will be passed on to the US President.
Earlier, Kellogg explained why not all 174 billion dollars from the US were received by Ukraine. He also commented on the possibility of elections during the war.
