After her spectacular win at the US Open, tennis champion Emma Raducanu got prominent company on the tennis court. The 18-year-old British met Duchess Kate (39) for a game in a sporty outfit in London, as reported by the “Evening Standard” on Friday. The Duchess of Cambridge is known as a great tennis lover and was one of the first to congratulate on Twitter after Raducanu's triumph at the US Open.
In mid-September, Raducanu defeated Leylah Fernandez, who was only two months older, 6: 4, 6: 3 in the final, making tennis history. She is the first female qualifier to win the title at a Grand Slam tournament. The high school graduate was born in Canada as the daughter of a Romanian and a Chinese woman and has lived with her family in London since she was two.
