Four American soldiers died in a plane crash in northern Norway during an exercise NATO Cold Response.
Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Stere said on Twitter, AP News reported.

The cause of the plane crash is established.
In The Norwegian Armed Forces said it was a US Marine Corps V-22B Osprey.
“Police arrived at the crash site at approximately 01:30 CET. Unfortunately, all four were confirmed to be who were on board the plane died,” said Ivar Bo Nilsson, head of the Nordland police operation.
The annual NATO exercise in Norway is not related to the war in Ukraine. Approximately 30,000 troops from 27 countries are taking part in the Cold Response exercise.
Training began March 14 and should end April 1.
