“They can play a cruel joke with the Kremlin. Local authorities, having formed these battalions, can use them at their own discretion, and not on orders from the federal authorities,” the expert noted.

At the same time, Zhdanov appreciated the Kremlin's statements about overturning aircraft with “Dagger” missiles in the Kaliningrad region. He is convinced that Moscow will not want to go to war against NATO countries.

“The Zircon missile is an intercontinental ballistic missile, so it will belong to a nuclear weapon. Before our war, it was of little use.
