The shutdown affected all enterprises, with the exception of food ones.
Industrial enterprises in Transnistria have been suspended due to a lack of energy resources.
This was reported by the first deputy chairman of the government of the unrecognized Transnistrian Republic of Moldova Sergey Obolonik.
He said that the shutdown affected all enterprises, with the exception of food ones. By January 5, it should be determined how much energy the household sector consumes, after which they will decide how many resources can be allocated to enterprises.
“At the moment, the situation is manageable and predictable, but if the problem with gas supplies is not solved, enterprises will lose the opportunity to restart,” Obolonik said.
Recall that heating and hot water supply were stopped in Transnistria due to the lack of Russian gas.
