Russian telegram channels wrote about the explosions and the work of air defense. Thus, according to Baza, in the village of Seltse, on the territory of the Bryansk Chemical Plant, an aircraft-type UAV filled with explosives was discovered.

“In a workshop under construction at the Bryansk Chemical Plant named after the 50th anniversary of the USSR, located in the village of Seltse, an unexploded aircraft-type drone with an explosive substance was discovered,” the Russians reported.

Also, the Russian Ministry of Defense admitted the attack, they announced the downing of drones, but they say this every time during “extraordinary events.”

“The air defense destroyed 4 Ukrainian Armed Forces drones over the Moscow, Tambov and Bryansk regions during the night,” the defense department of the aggressor country said in a statement.
