An unknown person attacked Russians with a knife in Turkish Istanbul, three of them were wounded. This was reported by a RIA Novosti source in the local police.
It is known that the attack took place on the evening of January 24 in the Beshiktash area, and the Russians Alexandra R. and Alexandra V. were injured, as well as the Russian Maxim M. Nothing threatens the lives of the injured Russian citizens.
“Surveillance cameras recorded an attack on Russian citizens (…). The victims were sent to hospital, there is no threat to their lives. According to preliminary data, the attacker is the garbage collector Hassan Hussein Y., ”the source said.
The police are reported to be looking for the perpetrator.
