US President Joe Biden said this during the annual State of the Union address at a meeting of both houses of the United States Congress.
“Russia will be absolutely isolated from the airspace,” the American president stressed.
Previously, similar bans on Russian aircraft were applied by the European Union, European countries and Canada.
