The UN has called for the opening of additional crossing points of the contact line in Ukraine, some of which have not functioned due to the coronavirus pandemic.
“We call on all parties to help remove excessive restrictions on freedom of movement along the line of contact and ensure security and the opening of additional crossing points,” TASS quotes the Deputy Secretary General of the World Organization for Political Affairs Rosemary Di Carlo.
Earlier it was reported that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited the positions of the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine located near the contact line in Donbass.
