Guterres expressed concern.
Risk of outbreak nuclear there is more war now than at any time since the end of the Cold War.
This was stated by UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres, reports Independent.
“Geopolitical tensions and mistrust have raised the risk of nuclear war to the highest point in a decade,” Guterres warned.
He expressed concern amid Russian dictator Vladimir Putin's statements about the threat of a wider conflict associated with the war in Ukraine, as well as the Kremlin's threats that Moscow is “ready for nuclear war.”
Recall that Vladimir Putin, in an interview with Russian propagandist Dmitry Kiselev , declared his readiness for a nuclear war. Like, “the Russian nuclear triad is more modern than any other.”
