The representative office of the Ukrainian State Enterprise “Document” in Warsaw now has a full-fledged center where Ukrainian citizens who were forced to move to Poland due to the Russian attack, can submit application forms for issuing passport documents and receive ready-made passports.

In the Center, you can order the production of an ID-card (for the first time since the age of 14) and a passport: in 20 working days or in 7 working days. You can also order each document separately.

To receive any service, mandatory pre-registration in the electronic queue is required. After confirming the account, the citizen will receive an SMS message to the specified phone number (chat in Viber or Telegram) with a coupon that will need to be shown before the initial verification procedure for services.

In standard mode (20 days) production of both documents costs UAH 733 (forms and passport production) and PLN 425 (UAH 3295) – a service company. In accelerated mode (7 days) you will have to pay 1085 UAH. (forms and production of a passport) and PLN 425 for the service.

The cost of issuing only a passport in standard mode– UAH 733 and PLN 335 for company service; urgent – ​​UAH 1085 + PLN 335.

The cost of issuing only an ID-card in standard mode – UAH 372 (forms and passport production) and 335 złoty (company service); urgent production – UAH 498 + PLN 335.

ID-card instead of a passport of 1994 (20 working days) – 372 UAH (forms and passport production) and 335 PLN (company service). If done urgently in 10 working days, it will cost 498 UAH and PLN 335 “service fee”.

For an ID-card, which is received for the first time since the age of 14, you will need to pay PLN 335 (only paid for the service of the enterprise).

It is noted that due to the war in Ukraine and a large number of applicants, the terms for processing and issuing passport documents will be up to 45 working days – in normal mode and up to 20 working days – in urgent.

“Payment for the service is carried out on the spot using an online service. For payment, you must have a smartphone and details of your bank card. It is advisable to have a Ukrainian bank card. 2. If the card is issued by a foreign bank, check the possibility of making payments in hryvnia,” the message says.

The Center is open from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 19:00. It opened at st. Aleje Jerozolimskie 179 (the premises of the Blue City shopping center, 2nd floor).
