Mayor Natalya Balasinovich announced this on Facebook.

She said that last night they began to drop troops on the territory of their community, which later relocated to the center, where the fighting began.
According to her, the Russian troops wanted to seize the airfield in order to place their combat units, but the 40th brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine repulsed the attack.
In addition, there are sabotage groups that pretend to be Polish journalists, but in reality they are carrying out a hostile combat mission.
“Our territorial defense detained such pseudo-journalists this night,” said Natalya Balasinovich.
According to the mayor of the city, both military and civilians were injured. All are hospitalized, they are being operated on.
